My story with healing energies goes back till my childhood. I was always kind of a special creature :) if I can say so. But I have to say, I needed to walk a long way till I was so conscious to take the real control and learn how to use it without any harm towards me.

How can we love ourself?

What would you your first reaction if I would ask you: Do you love yourself?

Somebody may think, it can not be, you can not love yourself because it is egoistic, or something. But is it really egoistic?

Think about it. Certainly you have already met and had experience with rude people, who hates the whole world, nothing and nobody is good enough, always looking for arguing, find failure in anything any everybody. Can you imagine these people really love themselves? I don't think so.

Lets face it. If you can not make your whole soul & body happy and loved, who can? Can you imagine giving love with hated heart? Like the bad witch spreading good wishes, pretty funny, isn't it!? :)

Love yourself means, you know you:

  • 2 in 1, you are the best friend with you
  • know what you like and dislike
  • know that, doing something for you is not egoistic or selfish, it is something good for you
  • you do everything from your heart
  • you feel to smile in every minutes to the world and the world is smiling back

Once I was so encouraged, that I told my friend to buy me a cute mirror what fits in my pocket, or hand bag. He brought me a rounded nice 2 sided mirror what I can close not to scratch. With this mirror I started to practice how self-love can affect my life. And you know what? it is really amazing! :) Even when I am just thinking about the mirror, I start to smile and my thoughts turn inside and start to say immediately "I am gorgeous", "I love myself", "I am happy & beautiful", etc...

As I started to work with Sigils, I realized I really enjoy it. It is a very very good combination of Positive affirmations and expression of our creative side.

Storm of emotions: feeling bad, feeling good? What is the truth?

If we admit or not, emotions, feelings are all around us.

That can be, we close our eyes and don't want to see anything, but that doesn't change the fact.
Imagine, even if you just go for shopping, how you choose between similar products? It sounds easy , right but take a moment and think about it. You have 2 products, the same inhalt, the same calorie. Everything is the same but the packaging. One with dark plastic, one with fancy one. So, take your choice :)

The point is, we can live with our emotions together or puttung them aside and making ourself believe that we do not have any feelings but it is not true. Just say the truth to you. You can deny, but you can not hide forever. At the end the emotions win. In the worth case they show themselves on the hard way, for example you get sick. With different sicknessyour body ring a bell saying "Hey, you have to take time and rest and think about what are you doing, what are you feeling, how are you really!". Sometimes we jsut forget, it is easier to stay in the dark not letting anybody see us, even we do not want to see ourselves. But is it really the best way?

Now, I would like to ask you to find a silent and cofortable place to take some minute. Sit down and take some deep breath. Close your eyes and slowly let your thoughts away. Now imagine a nice place where you feel comfortable. Imagine a big white canvas in front of you. Now start painting. You can decide you paint for  the first time a colorful picture or a black and white one. Take your time and paint what comes out naturally. As you finished step backwards one step. From where you are copy the whole environment but now with the opposite colors. If in the first picture the environment was colorful, now take a black & white. If your painting was colorful, now paint black & white, if it was black & white, now paint a colorful one.

When you are ready watch both paintings from outside watching also the environment. How does it feel when you are watching the colored one and the black & white? Which emotions come up? Any memories are coming into your mind?

Take time first in that imagination where you feel the most comfortable. After a while change it to the other one. Take your time in both scene till you can see the exact differences. Before you came back from the meditation, think about a happier version of you. Be proud of you to take the first step.

How to stop being depressed, feeling down!

Are you aware of your feelings? Can you decide when you are happy, when you are sad? Can you take responsibility how you feel? Do you blame other people because of your current situation?
Do you say, you are depressed?

Nowadays a lot of people feeling down, feeling depressed. One part of people admit it like kind of sickness, some not. I do not tell who has right. It is always you who decide, you admit your "bad feelings" as a sickness, so after all you can blame the doctors not giving you right treatment to come out of your depressed state.

Or you can take your feelings, your life into your own hand and go out to the world. 

Think about it, all of our state, emotions are just for this moment. Those are just feelings of the moment. That can happen after 1 minute you will laugh because you see a funny guy walking cross the street. Or you see a red nose clown who makes you laugh. Never know. Emotions, feelings are coming and leaving.

See your feelings, your state on the other hand. What if this depression just a signal of your body to listen. When you are in a bad mood, you don't feel to do much, to go out, meet with friends, have party. No, you just want to be alone, beyond closed door. Your soul wants to be alone to give you the chance to listen. To listen what your soul wants to tell you. It is you, who decide to listen to it or just sink deeper and deeper in your bad feelings. Just take the example. You have a job, and you go always on time, you are good in your work. You live in a continuous stress and pressure. But now you decide to have a holiday for 2 weeks. You are happy about your coming holiday. On your last Friday you are just WOW happy and waiting for the last second to check out. Yuheeee, holiday and you leave extra happy your work. You go home, plan everything and on Monday you are ready to travel. During weekend you try to relax to be prepared for the traveling. But on Monday, you wake up with cold. Why is it? Because your body turned on relax mode, no stress, no hurry. Your immune system now works on a normal mode, it wants you to stay in bed, relax, don't do anything.

The same applies when your mind turns you off. I do not say meditate, it is own choice. But try to listen to your soul, your body what it wants to tell you. Does it say, get up and move, go out, read a book, ... Then move your ass and DO IT! Take the actions, not just let the bad things to happen to you! Do it yourself, if you need help, then ask!  You can ask me, your friends, a psychologist. But stop hiding behind excuses.
 
Changes are hard, yes. Step out from your shelter is hard, doing something new can be frightened.  But ask yourself, staying in a cave alone without will is better than standing up and going out to the light with power, strenght?

Love, respect could save our world! Let your heart love!

I had one of my biggest trip because of my work to Eastern.

Mostly I think I should be happy, not so many people can travel to China. But I honestly never want to go back there.
For me that is a big shock how people are living there. They do not care about anything. Everybody is in love with own mobile. They are walking while reading the phone not watching in front of them. The streets are really dirty. They throw away every dirt to the street. The rivers are polluted, disgusting. People are peeing on the streets, they leave the shit in the toilet. And even I didn't mention here anything. Don't get me wrong, there are also nice things, but ..

How can we love the world if we do not have any respect to it, no respect with animals, no respect with other people, no respect to the nature.

I want it to change! I want people to feel love in their hearth, feel love for the environment, feel love for the world, feel love for everything!

I WANT PEOPLE TO FEEL, TO LOVE, TO HELP!

Everything would be much more better and easier just with a little more love and respect.
