How to stop being depressed, feeling down!

Are you aware of your feelings? Can you decide when you are happy, when you are sad? Can you take responsibility how you feel? Do you blame other people because of your current situation?
Do you say, you are depressed?

Nowadays a lot of people feeling down, feeling depressed. One part of people admit it like kind of sickness, some not. I do not tell who has right. It is always you who decide, you admit your "bad feelings" as a sickness, so after all you can blame the doctors not giving you right treatment to come out of your depressed state.

Or you can take your feelings, your life into your own hand and go out to the world. 

Think about it, all of our state, emotions are just for this moment. Those are just feelings of the moment. That can happen after 1 minute you will laugh because you see a funny guy walking cross the street. Or you see a red nose clown who makes you laugh. Never know. Emotions, feelings are coming and leaving.

See your feelings, your state on the other hand. What if this depression just a signal of your body to listen. When you are in a bad mood, you don't feel to do much, to go out, meet with friends, have party. No, you just want to be alone, beyond closed door. Your soul wants to be alone to give you the chance to listen. To listen what your soul wants to tell you. It is you, who decide to listen to it or just sink deeper and deeper in your bad feelings. Just take the example. You have a job, and you go always on time, you are good in your work. You live in a continuous stress and pressure. But now you decide to have a holiday for 2 weeks. You are happy about your coming holiday. On your last Friday you are just WOW happy and waiting for the last second to check out. Yuheeee, holiday and you leave extra happy your work. You go home, plan everything and on Monday you are ready to travel. During weekend you try to relax to be prepared for the traveling. But on Monday, you wake up with cold. Why is it? Because your body turned on relax mode, no stress, no hurry. Your immune system now works on a normal mode, it wants you to stay in bed, relax, don't do anything.

The same applies when your mind turns you off. I do not say meditate, it is own choice. But try to listen to your soul, your body what it wants to tell you. Does it say, get up and move, go out, read a book, ... Then move your ass and DO IT! Take the actions, not just let the bad things to happen to you! Do it yourself, if you need help, then ask!  You can ask me, your friends, a psychologist. But stop hiding behind excuses.
 
Changes are hard, yes. Step out from your shelter is hard, doing something new can be frightened.  But ask yourself, staying in a cave alone without will is better than standing up and going out to the light with power, strenght?
