Are you aware of your feelings? Can you decide when you are happy,
when you are sad? Can you take responsibility how you feel? Do you blame
other people because of your current situation?
Do you say, you are depressed?
Nowadays
a lot of people feeling down, feeling depressed. One part of people
admit it like kind of sickness, some not. I do not tell who has right.
It is always you who decide, you admit your "bad feelings" as a
sickness, so after all you can blame the doctors not giving you right
treatment to come out of your depressed state.
Or you can take your feelings, your life into your own hand and go out to the world.
Think
about it, all of our state, emotions are just for this moment. Those
are just feelings of the moment. That can happen after 1 minute you will
laugh because you see a funny guy walking cross the street. Or you see a
red nose clown who makes you laugh. Never know. Emotions, feelings are
coming and leaving.
See your feelings, your state on
the other hand. What if this depression just a signal of your body to
listen. When you are in a bad mood, you don't feel to do much, to go
out, meet with friends, have party. No, you just want to be alone,
beyond closed door. Your soul wants to be alone to give you the chance
to listen. To listen what your soul wants to tell you. It is you, who
decide to listen to it or just sink deeper and deeper in your bad
feelings. Just take the example. You have a job, and you go always on
time, you are good in your work. You live in a continuous stress and
pressure. But now you decide to have a holiday for 2 weeks. You are
happy about your coming holiday. On your last Friday you are just WOW
happy and waiting for the last second to check out. Yuheeee, holiday and
you leave extra happy your work. You go home, plan everything and on
Monday you are ready to travel. During weekend you try to relax to be
prepared for the traveling. But on Monday, you wake up with cold. Why is
it? Because your body turned on relax mode, no stress, no hurry. Your
immune system now works on a normal mode, it wants you to stay in bed,
relax, don't do anything.
The same applies when your
mind turns you off. I do not say meditate, it is own choice. But try to
listen to your soul, your body what it wants to tell you. Does it say,
get up and move, go out, read a book, ... Then move your ass and DO
IT! Take the actions, not just let the bad things to happen to you! Do
it yourself, if you need help, then ask! You can ask me, your friends, a
psychologist. But stop hiding behind excuses.
Changes
are hard, yes. Step out from your shelter is hard, doing something new
can be frightened. But ask yourself, staying in a cave alone without
will is better than standing up and going out to the light with power,
strenght?

Love, respect could save our world! Let your heart love!
I had one of my biggest trip because of my work to Eastern.
Mostly I think I should be happy, not so many people can travel to China. But I honestly never want to go back there.
For me that is a big shock how people are living there. They do not care about anything. Everybody is in love with own mobile. They are walking while reading the phone not watching in front of them. The streets are really dirty. They throw away every dirt to the street. The rivers are polluted, disgusting. People are peeing on the streets, they leave the shit in the toilet. And even I didn't mention here anything. Don't get me wrong, there are also nice things, but ..
How can we love the world if we do not have any respect to it, no respect with animals, no respect with other people, no respect to the nature.
I want it to change! I want people to feel love in their hearth, feel love for the environment, feel love for the world, feel love for everything!
I WANT PEOPLE TO FEEL, TO LOVE, TO HELP!
Everything would be much more better and easier just with a little more love and respect.

You change yourself to impress others? Should I give up myself?
Today I read a really food quote:

I think, sometimes it is hard to make difference between changes for yourself or changes for others. I had similar cases till I realized, that makes no sense if I want to be something different who I am.
Lets give you a simple example. You love painting, you paint what you see, what you feel. But your boyfriend just doesn't like it, nobody knows why not. As he always finds something to distract you from painting, slowly you give up to sit down and paint. He is happy, you start to get used to the situation. But with the time, you will realize, your boyfriend can not fill the hole what he caused, saying not to paint. So, you come to the point, where you have to decide. Tell to your friend, you will continue painting and he should accept it or leave, or you continue suffering and not doing what you love just because he doesn't like it (he is jealous of your talent, passion, not having time with him during painting, etc.). It is up to you, you are your own boss and you determine your steps in your present. Your LIFE, your DECISION!
For example, with me happened, I wanted to change who I am because of my actual friend.
But as everybody has an own personality, after a time this personality will claim for its own right. You don't feel at the beginning, that something is wrong. You just try your best, to be somebody who you are not. Maybe, even you will enjoy this kind of "experience". But after some weeks, months, you realize something is not good, something makes you sad, depressed, makes you cry. Than you start to remember, your brain makes you remember what you miss. More and more pictures come up and comes the big WOW I miss my old version.
If somebody loves you, they won't expect to change. Yes, I know it seems silly and like a common saying, but it is true. If you see the other person not through a pink glass, you will know how he/she is in the reality. You will see the annoying thins, you will see the failures and you can decide if you accept them or not. But remember, there is no one perfect. We are humans, everybody has failures.
Remember, YOU DECIDE about YOUR LIFE. You decide, if you let the control out of your hands and put it into others' hands. But if you let it, do not complain that was your decision!
Just make yourself remember, YOU DECIDE!

Do we really want a happy life?
Sometimes I have the feeling people loves complaining. They are just
living in a world, where there is nothing else just see the bad side of
life. One hand they are complaining and hate everything and everybody,
but on the other hand they want a happy life.
But how this 2 things come together? It's a bit paradox.
Nowadays
more and more often we hear, leave the negativity behind and focus on
the good things. Mostly I would also a bit skeptic, but lets think about
it.
You want a happy life but you live as a closed, depressed life where you surround yourself with bad thoughts, bad habits, just full with bad energy. But imagine to plant a flower seeds without giving it water. How you want to raise a plant, if you just do not give proper "food" for it.
Imagine yourself as a beautiful flower. (oh, so cute, I love flowers :) As the sun is shining it makes you feel good, warm. But with the time without water you will feel tired, exhausted and day by day it is getting worse. Your soul is just like it. If you give just bad thoughts, hate, depression to feed it, why you expect something good. You have to open to the world, so you can bring new things into your life. New feelings, new thoughts, new people, there are many possibilities you just have to watch and catch them.
Just for one day, try to examine your thoughts. Try to stop yourself when you are about to saying something bad, judge yourselves or others and do something nice for you. Try to realize your surroundings, beauty of nature, animals, smiling little children. Anything what can bring smile on your face.
If you say you are not negative, just count how many times you say to you such things, like:
I suck....
I am bad at....
I hate ...
That is your fault....
I have always bad days....
etc.
It sound terrible, hm?
Will it be hard? - you could ask. I tell you the truth, YES. Any change in our life is hard, but because it makes us to step out of our comfort zone, it makes us move forward. Nobody likes to kicked ass, but it worth it. Pushing something what you believe you can not, let you realize YOU CAN!
You will be able to SEE THE WHOLE WORLD, not just your box. You want a HAPPY LIFE, so not just say it, DO IT!
You have good method how to beat negative thoughts, share with us to benefit from it and fight together to have a BETTER, NICER LIFE!

I love summer! Yuheeeeeeeyyyyy, it is summeeeeer!
And I tell you why. That is the best time for getting a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. You just have to go to the farmers' market and theeere it is. Even choosing what you want to prepare for lunch, or which fantastic, colorful and juicy fruits you want as a snack will be hard. I am pretty sure, you end up with a bunch of shopping bag in your hand. :)
As we hear all the time, also from our grandmas fruits and vegetables are very important. When I was a kid, my grandma always told me, "Eat a lot of carrots, so you can learn how to whistle". And of course I ate, because I was sooo keen on learning how to whistle. Sometimes these are good methods to make the kids eating some healthy food.
To make it simple. Antioxidants help to prevent our cells from damages. The soldiers, are beta-carotene, lutein, lycopene, selenium, Vitamin A - C - E.
They are found in many foods, fruits, veggies, dietary.
The best way to choose which fruit you would prefer is the grouping by color.

Do it now! Any moment is a good moment!
Unfortunately when it comes to business I am not the bravest person
in the world. I am much more this "be secured" type. But I have already
started to stretch my borders and I read a tons of books what actually
helps but not as fast as I want.
Few week ago I had a discussion with one of my friends. I found out he is a really good investor. Today I asked him how he was able to find out what to do and how to do. He was explaining a lot of thing, but what really stucked in my ears is "If you want to do some business, don't think about it, just start it and even if you try and you failed, you learn from it". That was the second time during 1 day, hearing it, like cold water in my face.
I mean, the books what I read, tells the same, but somehow from somebody who is sitting in front of me and a real person not somebody on the background of the book, was like a punch in my face.
At that moment I realized, I am freaking out when it comes to failures, I think I am that kind of maximalist who wants to be really prepared and not to fail.
So, after listening it 2 times this day, I decided I will take my life in my hand and I won't let my fears win! Just for the faster results, I will try to really "force" myself for those things what I fear.
I successfully started selling some Gigs. And I don't know if they sell or not, but in that situation the most important thing was, that I showed up and I tell the world what I can, what I am. Maybe it wont sell, but at least for myself I showed, I can be powerful, brave if I want.

Importance of meditation, mindfulness and relaxing
I do not want to start to explain what is meditation, relaxation and similar meanings.
I am pretty sure, everybody heared at least once from somebody "Calm down, relax". Of course, you heared that.
But every time, you think about, why you say that to me, I am not angry or anxious. But sometimes we are the only one who doesn't realize what exactly is inside us.
With everybody happens that we forget to care about ourselves. We do not have time to work out, to have massage, to have fun bla bla bla. But let me ask a question. Do you have time to have a cigarette, have unnecessary discussion with your friends, help even if you do not want?
We spend most of our valuable time doing what we do not want. We say, we don't want, but anyway we do it. What would be if you could take this time just being with you? You would be your friend, you would be your listening partner, you would be just with you. Why we always feel we do not deserve time only for ourselves?!
For a long time I also thought it is right to share my time, to try to save people who doesn't want to be saved. But after a time I realized, it just doesn't worth. You could take the time for you, doing something good what you want, what you enjoy.
Meditation, relaxing is not just about sitting and crossing your fingers and trying not to think. It can be a massage, a wellness, a good wine, everything what you enjoy and makes you happy.
Real meditation helps you to move forward. From our crowded mind I think, nobody is able to change to a non-thinking mind, so for the first time you should get familiar with the thought not to think.It can be scary, especially for our EGO, what will shout by hearth, "I dont want it". But we have to keep in mind, our EGO doesn't want the best for us. It makes us doing things what we think like "Oh, but it is logical". But there is a big difference between listening to your mind or listening to your hearth. What you hear, is always depends on you.
To do meditation, it can open up your soul and even when it is hard, it helps you to move forward, know new ways, know your truth about yourself.

About the Akashic Records, Akashic Records reading - Free Akashic Records reading
I don't know how familiar you are with the Akashic Records. For me
that was obvious that I want to learn how to access to it. After some
month finally I succeeded to participate in a course and learn it.
Till now I have to say it is amazing! I simply love it. I started to practice with my brother, he can also read it. And I remember how was when we started.
But lets start at the beginning. I will describe it how I see it and how it looks like for me. I do not stick to the "official" explanations so much (but of course for those who want, I will start with a bit "official").
What is the Akashic Records
Akashic Records contain all of our energy. That means not just yours, mines but everyone's. Everybody is able to use it but the difference is on which level do we use it. For example there are people who use it without any consciousness. They have just sudden bad feelings, "whispers" from inside. But there are those people who can actually use it any time. We can get any kind of information what we need.
It contains all information about you and you can get also some "overview" to those things what are somehow connected to you, or things what affect on you. Information about your past, present and future.
Now rightfully could you ask, "Oh, so it is some future reading". No, definitely not!
Lets imagine you are walking on the road. You could ask what is at the end of the road. But could you answer it till you are not sure if you stay on this road or not?
Akashic records give you answer for your question based on your present reality. The question always where you want to go, if you want to solve/improve that particular situation where you are now.
I remember when I started the readings with my brother. Sometimes for me that was really painful. The records don't lie and you won't hear what you want to hear, at least not always. Sometimes it is just the plain truth. But if you really want to change something you can ask solution, you can ask guidance, but remember what you make with the answer, with the given solution it is only up to you.
You can give up, you can blame the records, the reader what they say is not true. If you do not want to change your reality nobody can. Only if you are brave, you are open and you can face with your fears, just after you will understand it how to choose on which road you want to walk.

How to step on the way of personal development? How to define goals for your life?
If you feel sometimes lost and you don't know how to continue it is a
good time to stop and just sit down. Take a deep breath and stop
thinking about what others says to you, stop thinking about the opinions
and stop being afraid of what others will say.
Your life is your life and nobody has the rights to say what to do and how to do. Yes, sometimes people wants to make others to take the decision for them. Sometimes we are just lazy and isn't that harder to find out what we really want? And of course if somebody takes the decision instead of ourselves we can blame them. Can you hear yourself as you say, "That is your fault, you said I should do it!".
But lets go back to the beginning.
Take a paper and start thinking:
- How you feel
- What is your problem what makes you feel how you feel at the moment
- Is this a situation what depends on you?
- Can you change? Is it not in your hand?
What I mean when I say it is in your hand or not? That means you can affect on the problem. YOU are the real person who CAN SOLVE the PROBLEM!
For example, if you do not like your job, you can decide you look for a better one. This is your decision, it connects to you, because YOU are the person who can CHANGE it!
But if you do not like your boss personality, it is not in your hand, you can not change him/her till he/she doesn't want the changes. Here what you could do, change department and boss, change boss or accept your boss is like so.
The question is always if YOU really want to CHANGE the situation where you do not feel good and you want to improve your life and take the responsibility.
As you identified the problem you can start to think about the problem solving!
Write down your goals regarding the changes. What you want to change.
Remember all GOALS have to be SPECIFIC and the definition should be as SIMPLE as you are able to define. The goals should be MEASURABLE, what means you can identify when you accomplished the goal. Last but not least it should be a POSITIVELY STATED goal.

Your life is your life and nobody has the rights to say what to do and how to do. Yes, sometimes people wants to make others to take the decision for them. Sometimes we are just lazy and isn't that harder to find out what we really want? And of course if somebody takes the decision instead of ourselves we can blame them. What you know about diets? What should you know?
When it comes to diet what you think first?
Oh, my God, I gained on my belly? Summer comes, I want to loose weight! Fast weight loss,different weight loss pills, radical diet plans? But is it real and can our body handle it?!
In this article I won't give any judgement, just try to describe the diet world. So, lets us talk about diets generally.
Diet is a planned eating and drinking "habit" to achieve weight loss or a lifestyle.
Our world biggest problem is fatness. That causes by the lack of movements and unhealthy eating habits. We can not resist temptation, especially not when it comes to food. We care only when we realize we have problem within our body. As the saying says: We are digging our grave with our mouth! No wonder that millions of people are dying of a heart attack and suffer from hereditary diseases.
Do not mix a diet with weight loss! The aim of weight loss is weight reduction, but the diet aims to heal or prevent a sickness. A weight loss project is mostly a short time period where you have to skip certain foods.
A certain diet needs more time and more healthy. Most importantly it can be part of your life habit.
There are different kind of diets what I will mention here:
It is up to you what you feel is good for you. Be prepared, read about the diet you want to use, how it works, what it contains, pros and contras. You will need energy, effort, power to stick with something you decide.
