But how this 2 things come together? It's a bit paradox.
You want a happy life but you live as a closed, depressed life where you surround yourself with bad thoughts, bad habits, just full with bad energy. But imagine to plant a flower seeds without giving it water. How you want to raise a plant, if you just do not give proper "food" for it.
Imagine yourself as a beautiful flower. (oh, so cute, I love flowers :) As the sun is shining it makes you feel good, warm. But with the time without water you will feel tired, exhausted and day by day it is getting worse. Your soul is just like it. If you give just bad thoughts, hate, depression to feed it, why you expect something good. You have to open to the world, so you can bring new things into your life. New feelings, new thoughts, new people, there are many possibilities you just have to watch and catch them.
Just for one day, try to examine your thoughts. Try to stop yourself when you are about to saying something bad, judge yourselves or others and do something nice for you. Try to realize your surroundings, beauty of nature, animals, smiling little children. Anything what can bring smile on your face.
If you say you are not negative, just count how many times you say to you such things, like:
I suck....
I am bad at....
I hate ...
That is your fault....
I have always bad days....
etc.
It sound terrible, hm?
Will it be hard? - you could ask. I tell you the truth, YES. Any change in our life is hard, but because it makes us to step out of our comfort zone, it makes us move forward. Nobody likes to kicked ass, but it worth it. Pushing something what you believe you can not, let you realize YOU CAN!
You will be able to SEE THE WHOLE WORLD, not just your box. You want a HAPPY LIFE, so not just say it, DO IT!
