Oh, my God, I gained on my belly? Summer comes, I want to loose weight! Fast weight loss,different weight loss pills, radical diet plans? But is it real and can our body handle it?!
In this article I won't give any judgement, just try to describe the diet world. So, lets us talk about diets generally.
Diet is a planned eating and drinking "habit" to achieve weight loss or a lifestyle.
Our world biggest problem is fatness. That causes by the lack of movements and unhealthy eating habits. We can not resist temptation, especially not when it comes to food. We care only when we realize we have problem within our body. As the saying says: We are digging our grave with our mouth! No wonder that millions of people are dying of a heart attack and suffer from hereditary diseases.
Do not mix a diet with weight loss! The aim of weight loss is weight reduction, but the diet aims to heal or prevent a sickness. A weight loss project is mostly a short time period where you have to skip certain foods.
A certain diet needs more time and more healthy. Most importantly it can be part of your life habit.

It is up to you what you feel is good for you. Be prepared, read about the diet you want to use, how it works, what it contains, pros and contras. You will need energy, effort, power to stick with something you decide.
